Roslyn began her career within a large composite insurer where she spent 7 years working within both the Property and Casualty Departments. After a short break in her career to care for her young family Roz joined McLarens, teaming up once again with colleagues from previous employment. On joining McLarens, Roz, provided adjuster support and was responsible for the day to day administration management of key Client Accounts within the ROI
Since joining the Team Roz has completed her APA and has been awarded the McLarens Customer Service Award 2020 for the ROI. Roz has been promoted to Senior Claims Technician – MI with specific responsibility for the accuracy and timely publication of Client management information. To strengthen her knowledge in this area, Roz has obtained a degree level qualification in Data Analytics for Business.
Roslyn also plays a key role in relation to mentoring and training within the ROI team.
