In 2015 TJ began his career in the insurance industry working in homeowners claims on inventories and small claims. After a quick rise through the ranks due to his work effort and abilities, in 2016 he moved on to work large residential fires, including ones that totaled $1 million in damages.
TJ was responsible for the full adjustment on these claims, often working in coordination on the settlements with insureds, public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and experts. No matter who TJ was working with, providing the best customer service and experience possible was always a top priority for him. TJ’s proficiency in his Xactimate estimates was commended by management, and he was often sought out by colleagues for assistance with more difficult estimates.
Since 2017, TJ has handled a combination of both homeowners and commercial claims for multiple carriers, working on both single carrier and market losses.
TJ’s extensive experience includes performing CAT duty for hurricanes Matthew, Irma, Harvey, Helene, and Milton.
