Tushar has over 20 years’ extensive experience of core Finance and Commercial operations in fast-paced and high growth firms. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and is also a member of CIMA, London.
In his role prior to joining McLarens, Tushar was Finance Director of a Global Management Consultancy firm supporting significant business growth in the UK, Ireland and South Africa regions by streamlining and restructuring finance and business operations.
Tushar has built and led complex team structures across the UK, Central Europe and India and has been thoroughly involved in financial management and control, pricing and contracts, credit control and cash management, management reporting, compliance and business operations.
