William graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in Houston in 1992. He chose to apply his legal background in risk management and large general liability as well as complex property claims and proceeded to work within the independent adjusting field to best serve his goals.
Over the past 31 years he has overseen a volume of large exposure general liability and property losses to resolution and conclusion. He has acquired various large private entity accounts wherein the main focus is centered around small to large general liability losses.
Additionally, over the past 11 years, William has been retained by various clients in the energy and power field as well as the manufacturing industries wherein he has worked with his clients to create precise protocols for auditing subrogation damage claims. Throughout this process he has created teams of highly experienced adjusters to assist on a project basis for the evaluations of damage claims to provide clients reports for potential settlement(s) of litigated and non-litigated cases.
Throughout his operation of the practice, William has overseen a combined total exposure amount of over $31 Billion.
