After first graduating in 2000, Zoe commenced work in the world of social housing in a variety of demanding customer facing roles, before moving into housing development. This resulted in the completion of an MSc in Building Surveying in 2017.
As an accomplished Senior Building Surveyor at Gateley Smithers Purslow for 7 years, Zoe worked extensively on insurance claims across a wide range of perils and clients; ensuring technical accuracy in reporting, diagnosing and cost / contract management from inception to completion. She is adept at executing large-scale projects with precision and establishing client confidence and assurance.
Zoe has recently joined McLarens as a result of her extensive experience managing subsidence cases over many recent surge event years.
