With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, I have developed broad expertise across travel, motor, and property claims. I began my career in travel insurance in 2014, building a strong foundation in customer service before progressing into motor claims and later specializing in property.
In 2020, I joined Sedgwick as a Subsidence Claims Technician, where I gained valuable experience managing subsidence-related losses and supporting policyholders through what are often complex and challenging situations.
Since qualifying as a Loss Adjuster in 2024, I have managed domestic along with a select number of commercial property claims from instruction through to settlement. My experience further includes Park and Leisure Home losses as well as subsidence assessments on a visit-and-release basis. I am known for my calm, professional approach, clear communication, and ability to build trust with both clients and policyholders.
Holding Cert CILA and BDMA Tech (Ins) accreditations, I remain committed to maintaining high professional standards and delivering a dependable, client-focused service.
