Elizabeth has built a strong, well‑rounded career within the insurance industry, with experience spanning claims handling, operational change, and client relationship management. She began her career in disaster management as an Office Manager at Rainbow International, where she worked closely with insurers and loss adjusters. This role provided her with valuable external insight into claims workflows and insurer expectations.
She later joined Allianz as a Commercial Property Claims Handler, where she developed a solid technical foundation. During her time at Allianz, Elizabeth was selected to contribute to strategic project initiatives, supporting systems thinking and the implementation of a new approach to claims handling.
Elizabeth progressed into the role of Claims Proposition Manager, where she managed a portfolio of key clients and represented claims both internally and externally, supporting broker and client relationships across the South. She spent just over five years at Allianz, gaining extensive experience in commercial property claims, stakeholder engagement, and the strategic positioning of claims as a value‑adding service.
